In this 90 minute long workshop, our Pilates Instructors will assess, and sort you into classes that suits your body needs.

A: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, without it being overly baggy. No footwear is needed for all classes. However, socks are required for hygiene purposes. Grip socks are recommended, as it offers more traction between the feet and the floor.
A: Generally, practicing twice or thrice per week will produce effective results. Regular Pilates practice will improve your body movement and awareness
A: Each body’s progression is different, depending on your current body condition(s), fitness level, and daily activities. As Joseph Pilates once said, “You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”
A: Pilates is a low impact exercise that:
A: Core Muscles are deep muscles that stabilize the spine, trunk and pelvis. Think of your core as a ‘coca-cola can’, we have diaphragm(respiratory muscle) at the top, pelvic floor muscles at the bottom, and transverse abdominis muscle around our torso. These muscles provide proper loading to our pelvis and spine in order to balance our body to prevent injuries from any sudden truncal movement.
A: Our Rapid Pilates Instructors are experienced and professional Instructors, who are certified with STOTT Pilates and Polestar Pilates, both of which are internationally recognized Pilates certifications.
A: We understand that unexpected things can happen from time to time. However, since our classes run as an on-going system, we wish for you to inform us in advance, so that we can better plan our schedule ahead, and not jeopardize both your fellow classmates’ progress and yours.
Here is the cancellation policy for the 2 types of classes we offer:
Private Class : No show or less than 4 hours notice will incur a full charge. For notice given 4 - 8 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee that is equivalent to 50% of a session. In the event that you are unwell, we may waive the cancellation fee if a Doctor’s Medical Certificate is provided to us.
Focused Group Class : A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required, to prevent a full charge for a session. A replacement class ( 1x private 1:1 Class) can be scheduled OUTSIDE of the allocated Group Class schedule to revise content from the previous class.
A: We have 2 pathways in joining our Focused Group Pilates class. You may refer to our ‘Pathways to join us’ for further details.
A: Yes you can. We provide Private Pilates sessions as well. The only difference between Private and Group classes is that the class schedule is flexible for Private Pilates class. You may schedule at your time of convenience.
A: Private Pilates Sessions: Private Pilates Class allows flexible timing that goes according to your schedule. You can book 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 Private Pilates Class with our Pilates Instructors.
A: Focused Group Pilates Classes are classes that maintain the same purpose of doing Pilates, but with fellow classmates for building friendship and making the class more enjoyable with company.
A minimum of 10 sessions in a package can be purchased at a time. These classes will require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. Clients will be notified 4 hours in advance if class is canceled for any reason.
A: Yes, you can share your package with your direct family members. (Only applicable with a package of 20 sessions and above.)
